An Aircraft with 189 passenger was reported to have sunk after crashing into the sea off Indonesia's Island of Java on Monday.
The official said it crashed some minutes after takeoff from the Airport on its way to the country's tin-mining hub.
It lost contact 13 minutes after takeoff, said by the Spokesman for Indonesia search and rescue Agency of the Lion Air Flight JT610.

An Official from Indonesia disaster tweeted that many wreckage were found on the water off the coast of West Java.
A spokesman for engine maker CFM International, a joint venture of General Electric and France Safran, said the plane was powered by its CFM LEAP 1B engines.
Lion is one of the youngest and biggest Indonesia's Airlines, flying to many domestic and international destinations.
