Belly fat is the accumulation of fat in the stomach of a human being. Belly fat happens to both men and women but mostly among women.
Many women around the world are scared of having belly fat or big tummy due to the fact that it disfigures someone's shape and makes someone look shapeless and older.

2. Child birth - Child birth is the act of delivering a child by a woman. Many women who have belly fat or big tummy are mostly due to child birth. When a baby is born, the woman stomach will hardly reduce, that's why it is always advisable to tie a wrapper on the stomach for a month after giving birth to a child.
3. Diet - It is said that "you are what you eat". Are you the type that eat junks? If you are, then you have to stop it already. Try to always eat more of fruits, vegetables
and balanced diet. Junk food can give you big tummy due to the ingredients used ie chemicals. If you can consume fresh ginger, then do it.
Eat apples, pineapples, oranges etc. Include garlic and ginger in your diet.
4. Lack of exercise - Don't be lazy, just get up and do exercise. Exercise is very important for healthy living. Exercise your body at least three times in a week and you won't die. Ingredients For Getting Rid Of belly Fat includes:
1. Mint leaves - Mint is a medicinal plant or a tender with gentle stem. Mint has many benefits such as aiding digestion, treating nausea, relieves nipple pain, skin care, promote eye health and above all helps in weight loss. Mint leaves stimulate the digestion of fat. It triggers the digestive enzymes to quickly absorb the food nutrients and convert the into usable energy. Mint leaves will reduce belly fat naturally and should be taken raw.
2. Cucumber - Cucumber is known all over world for its health benefits and in beauty. It contains 80 - 90 percent of water. Cucumber helps to keep the body hydrated. Consuming cucumber will help to flatten your tummy because water percentage of it helps to flush out toxins from the stomach and thereby reducing fat.
3. Lime - Lime is medicinal. It contains citric acid which boost metabolism and helps you burn enough calorie and leave you with less fat. It has also proven to cure stomach ache.
Always drink one glass of lime in the morning before any other thing.
4. Lemon - Lemon also promote metabolism, support hydration and increase weight loss. Lemon water is among the first detox water created and it is find useful in many ways. Drink lemon water every morning and it will help to burn excess fat.
Note: You can mix the whole ingredients together and let it fuse
for a day before using. Just use 4 mint leaves, slice the cucumber, cut the 2 limes
into pieces and also cut 1 or 2 lemons.
